Payments
Pricing
All ornaments, bags, etc. are $7.00 each for 1 or $4.00 each for 2 or more in a single shipment. Standard 1st Class USPS shipping is free on all orders within the USA only! Get more information on shipping
Accepted Methods of Payment
PayPal is our preferred method of payment, and is the safest way for you to order online! With your PayPal instant payment you can insure that you will receive your ornaments quickly and with money-back protection! If you do not have PayPal, or would prefer to pay by mail, we also accept Money Orders. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks, and do not accept credit cards directly (please use PayPal).
Sending Payment
When ordering by email or mail, please specify how you would like to make payment. Our online form has directions for specifying payment at checkout. When mailing payment, please make out Money Orders to Brenda Barner (sole proprietor of mousedonkey.com).
If you would like to pay for custom orders by PayPal, please include your PayPal registered email address in correspondence, and we will send you a PayPal invoice. Some sections of our website provide `Pay Now` buttons, and by clicking on the buttons, you will be taken to a checkout page directly. When paying for items in our Ebay store, always send payment via Ebay and follow the directions on the listing of the item you are purchasing.
Shipping
We ship items after cleared payment is received. If you use PayPal instant payment, you will receive the shortest turnaround time! If you elect to pay by Money Order, we will ship your items once our financial institution has verified and cleared the payment. This can result in longer turnaround times, as it can take 1-2 or more weeks for your correspondence to arrive, us to deposit, and the bank to clear.
Shipping Methods
We ship all items via USPS whenever possible, as it is the method most readily available for our product line. If you would like to have your item shipped via a different method, please contact us. Unless otherwise specified, we ship all items by USPS first class mail (2-5 business days). If you would like to expedite shipping, please include your request in your correspondence, and we will adjust the billing accordingly. Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are available upon request. Delivery confirmation is automatically included on orders over $50, and on all Ebay items. Once an item with delivery confirmation has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information via email if available.
Places We Ship to
Currently, we ship to The United States Only!. If you live outside the USA and would like to purchase products, please contact us first! International orders often require additional handling and shipping considerations, so you must contact us to negotiate additional charges before purchasing.
Turnaround Time
We love making ornaments and spend a bulk of our time doing so! However, We are just two people, my son who runs the web stuff, and myself, the semi-retired hobbyist who spends her free time knitting and creating crafts. As such, turnaround times depend entirely on the amount of product ordered and the amount of customization, as well as the number of orders we are receiving. Many factors can come into play, such as materials acquisition, email correspondence and confirmations on custom items, shipping, payment clearing, and so forth. I also live in a small community where the mail goes out once daily and not on weekends (For Ebay items, my son ships those from Las Vegas, so the shipping is much quicker). When ordering, please allow a minimum of 1 week turnaround time for regular orders. For larger quantities, please ask for a quote on turnaround time, as it may take several days, a week, or more, depending on the number of ornaments you have requested.
Returns
We hope that you enjoy your items!
In the event that you purchase an item and would like to return it, we accept returns for up to 7 days after receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us by email before returning the items to discuss possible resolutions. We will issue a refund for all items returned with our original shipping and handling costs deducted. You are responsible for the costs of returning the items in the condition they were received. Upon the inspection and clearing of returned goods, we will issue a refund to you, in the form of original payment (Paypal, money order, etc.). Please purchase delivery confirmation for all returns so that you may track its receipt by us. We will not issue refunds for items lost in the mail. Please purchase appropriate Insurance and/or Delivery Confirmation on all orders to best protect your purchase. Returns and Refunds for Ebay purchases are pursuant to the terms of the individual listing for the item you purchased. Please handle all ebay returns via ebay store. Note on Personalized Ornaments: If you purchase an ornament with a customized name on it, we will not issue a refund, except for defective or damaged products of our fault (exlcudes shipping damage, please buy insurance). We cannot reasonably resell a mailbox with your dog's name, 'XZaYYgh,' on it. That being said, we will make every effort to accept returns for personalized items if you contact us by email first, but no guarantess are made.
